Ann Waugh

Ann Waugh

Chair Audit Committee

I am the Chair of the Audit Committee and have been since 2011. My professional background is a proactive leader with diverse experience in initiating capability, learning and development, and transformation programmes across healthcare and government sector. Over my tenure, at the Pentecostal Community Bank (PCB), I have extended the audit function by explicitly including consulting activities and have provided challenge and confidence to the Board and members that the PCB can use in meeting the demands of the changing economic and credit union landscape.

I am delighted to see ratings of ‘substantial’ for audits and the Board’s strong focus on social value/impact and return on investment of money, time and reputation. What matters to me is the sustainable future of the PCB for members. We are a north star. Over the next 40 years, our political and economic influence must, by the grace of God, preserve the now and future generations of believers.
