A Christmas Message from our CEO
As we come to the close of another year, we pause with deep gratitude for all that has been achieved at The Pentecostal Community Bank.
We have been truly blessed to end the year in a strong position, with an asset base of over £14 million and a capital-to-assets ratio of 24%, placing us among the most financially viable community banks in the UK. These figures reflect not only prudent stewardship, but a shared commitment to building a sustainable institution that serves its community with integrity and purpose.
This year has also been marked by meaningful growth and innovation. We were especially proud to launch our first-ever podcast series, Faith and Finance, hosted by Brenda Emmanus and produced by Dami Okeke — creating a platform for thoughtful conversations at the intersection of faith, money, and everyday life. Alongside this, our Business Hub initiative has continued to support our entrepreneurial members as they pursue growth, resilience, and long-term success.
None of this would be possible without the love, loyalty, and unwavering support of our members, partners, and friends. Thank you for continuing to believe in us and for placing your faith and trust in this shared vision.
Above all, we give thanks to God, whose grace underpins everything we do:
“Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His steadfast love endures forever.”
Psalm 107:1
From all of us at The Pentecostal Community Bank, we wish you a peaceful Christmas and every blessing for the year ahead.
With gratitude and every blessing,
Shane Bowes
